DrChrono uses Appointment Templates as a way to manage dedicate specific parts of your day to a specific treatment/practiceparticular appointment types. Please know that you MUST have Appointment Profiles already configured in your EHR to access this feature.
If you have a patient scheduled in an assigned template and you want Holly to ONLY reschedule the appointment in the available time slots of the same template in the future, Holly handles it in a very simple way.

Steps to configure this preference:
Step 1: Go to your the Preferences page tab and scroll down to your the "Event Management" section.
Step 2: Turn on the "Reschedule via Templates" preference by clicking on the button.
