Just follow these 2 quick steps:

Step 1: Login into your Nimblr Account and click on Preferences go to the Preferences tab.

Step 2: Scroll down to the Reputation management section and fill in the next options

  • Turn on the preference

  • How much time should Holly wait before sending the text?

  • Past Paste the URL where you want your reviews

Step 3: You can select the appointment types of appointments to which the Reputation Management message will be sent.

Tip

Important: For Holly to send the Reputation Management message, your patient must have confirmed their appointment through Holly.

Note

Holly has a 30-day period to resend a Reputation Management message to the patient, to not be intrusive with patients and annoy them too much.
