For Holly to contact your patients, you need to add their cell phone number

to their DrChrono record. To do this, you have a couple of options:

From the PATIENTS section:

1. Go to the

1. Patients tab

2. On the menu, click on Patients List

...

3. Click the Image Added Add a New Patient button

4. You'll be taken to a new window to add all the patient information. 

In the main tab of the record, you'll need to go to the Cell Phone field and add a valid 10-digit phone number.
