We know how important is for you to have full visibility of how your practice is going and how your patients are adopting Holly that's why we are happy to introduce our new dashboard.

Reading the new dashboard is very simple, follow the next tutorial to analyze the dashboard step by step.


Dashboard Basics


The dashboard has multiple functions you’ll be able to see such as:

A. How many appointments do you have regarding the appointments you have available.

B. The percentage of the plan being used.

C. Your billing cycle (30 days period)

D. What type and how many paying plans do you have.

E. Minutes your office has saved during the billing cycle.


Results per workflow


In the second part of the dashboard, you’ll be able to filter by workflow, like outreach, self-scheduling, web-scheduling, and more…

Just click on the workflow button and then select the desired workflow metrics you want to see.

Finally, you’ll be able to filter it by date (week, month, and year)

Everything you filter in this box will be shown in the following graphics:

F. The contactability Holly had.
G. The attendance rate your office has.
H. How many clients Holly saved via automatic rescheduled.
I. How many appointments your office have in the selected time period.
J. The response rate your practice is having with Holly.
K.The summary of all of your appointments (confirmed appointments, canceled appointments, declined appointments, no shows, and more)
