For Holly to contact your patients, you need to add their cell phone number into their DrChrono record. To do this, you have a couple of options:
From the PATIENTS section:
Go to the PATIENTS tab
On the menu, click on Patients List
Click the
Add a New Patient buttonYou'll be taken to a new window to add all the patient information.
In the main tab of the record, you'll need to go to the Cell Phone field and add a valid 10 digit phone number.
