I don't see a patient's info when I try to add him/her to an appointment

If you are adding patient information and it’s not visible, don't worry we can help you.

If you're using a Google account, this can be quite a common issue. We've noticed that sometimes Google Calendar doesn't reflect additions or changes made to the contact cards as they happen.

To resolve this issue close the Calendar and reopen it after you make changes in the Contact app; this should refresh the data available in the Calendar.
