How to set my Reputation Management text?
So you decided to ask your customer for reviews! A M A Z I N G, Holly can definitely help.
Just follow these 2 quick steps:
Step 1: Login into your Nimblr Account and go to the Preferences tab.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Reputation management section and fill in the next options
Turn on the preference
How much time should Holly wait before sending the text?
Paste the URL where you want your reviews
Step 3: You can select the appointment types to which the Reputation Management message will be sent.
Start having amazing reviews!
Important: For Holly to send the Reputation Management message, your patient must have confirmed their appointment through Holly.
Holly has a 30-day period to resend a Reputation Management message to the patient, to not be intrusive with patients and annoy them too much.
