How can I change my business hours?

If you ever need to change your business hours due to holidays or internal operations changes, you can do it following these instructions:

Step 1: Login into your Nimblr account.

Step 2: Go to the Preferences tab and scroll down to the Time Management section.

Step 3: In this section, you can modify your scheduling days and hours at your convenience. The selected days and hours will appear colored - to deselect, just click on it.

 In this example, the working days are Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. It can be easily changed by just clicking the day - if it’s blue, it is a working day. If it’s gray/white, it is not a working day or working hour. Each box is a block of 30 minutes.
