So your patient didn't attend your scheduled appointment even though he confirmed? Don’t worry, we can help you so Holly can communicate and reschedule. |
Step 1: Open yourGoogle Calendar
Step 2: Open the Appointment.
Click on the unattended appointment.
Edit event
On the right side, a menu will appear. On this menu, there's a person icon we just need to click it until it is not entirely filled with the black color.
After we unmarked it, just save it and Holly will know the patient didn’t attend and communicate immediately so they can reschedule, (it will show a red balloon next to the patient's name when she is contacting them.)
