How to mark patients no-show.

Your patients didn't attend their scheduled appointment even though they confirmed? Don’t worry, we can help you so Holly can contact them and reschedule.

Step 1: Open your Google Calendar.

Step 2: Click the unattended appointment and then the Edit event button (pencil icon).

Step 3: On the right side, a menu will appear where you’ll need to click the person icon until it is not filled (black color).

Step 4: After you deselected it, save it and Holly will contact the patient to reschedule. A red balloon will appear next to the patient's name when Holly is contacting them.

Example: Our patient missed the appointment on August 17th, so we are going to apply the steps mentioned above and Holly will reschedule the appointment.
