How to exclude Appointment Profiles

For any appointment profiles/types you wish to exclude so Holly won’t reach out to the patients via text to confirm/remind these appointments, please follow the next steps:

Step 1: Go to your Preferences tab and scroll down to the Event Management section.

Step 2: In the Event Types/Profiles to be Excluded preference, you can select all the appointment profiles you don't want Holly to handle.
