My Telehealth reminders say #URL

If your patients receive their telemedicine appointment reminders without a link to connect, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Nimblr.ai website and log into your Holly by Nimblr account.

Go to the Telehealth tab on your top blue bar.

Step 3: Scroll down to the Set how to share Telehealth appointments links section and depending on which preference is on, are the steps to follow

  • If Use native virtual appointments is enabled, check the appointments are established as Video Visit in your DrChrono Calendar.

  • If each provider uses a different link for the Telehealth appointments, first select the provider from the dropdown menu.

Then scroll down to the Set your URL's for each of your providers section and set up the fields for that specific provider.

 

That's it! Your patients will now receive the link to connect to their Telehealth appointment 💻
