A patient always has the capability to opt-out from Holly's messages.
The process is very simple: they just have to send "STOP" to Holly and that's it, she won’t text them again.
Holly will notify the doctor via email in this case.
Please keep in mind that this is a patient-oriented preference, meaning that Holly remembers which patients not to message by their number, not their doctor or location. If the patient wants to recieve messages again, just send "START" to Holly.
