Regarding the log in issue, sometimes CareCloud servers return Holly an error (what you saw as 500 internal server error) when connecting to your CareCloud account. Unfortunately, this issue is on CareCloud’s side and there is not much we can do. It’s a rare/sporadic issue, so we ask just ask that you please try again. If it ever happens again, just go back to our homepage and try to log in again, that should do it!
