Description

Autofill (or Waitlist for CareCloud/Athena) is a function in which Holly offers cancelled slots to patients that wish to get their appointments rescheduled at a sooner date. Holly offers each cancelled slot for a specified time, one patient at a time, until the offered slot is accepted, or the list iteratedmax amount of patients asked reached.

Note that this feature is currently available for CareCloud only, and it is planned to be available for everyone on the first quarter of 2020.

When an appointment gets cancelled, Holly checks for the first patient on your CareCloud waitlist and offers, for a previously specified time, this appointment slot:

  • If the patient accepts, then their closest appointment is rescheduled at the offered slot.

  • If the patient declines or does not answer, then Holly checks for the next patient on the waitlist and repeats this process.

    Waitlist is a new feature in which Holly offers patient-cancelled slots to certain patients registered in a list, so they can get their appointments rescheduled at a sooner date. Holly offers each cancelled slot for a specified time, one patient at a time, until the offered slot is accepted, or the maximum offered limit is reached. The patient has to cancel their appointment by Holly in order to trigger Holly's waitlist function.

    Note that is currently available for CareCloud only, and it is planned to be available for everyone on the second quarter of 2020.
