Many people get overlapped appointments due to their preferences (or their EHR preferences). After changing their preferences, we let them know where the problem was.

We reviewed your case and we found out that all of the appointments that Holly overlapped in, have the preference “allow overlapping” in your [EHR] block, was enabled. Holly is a slave to your preferencesthe [EHR]'s configuration, and so when she sees this checked, she sees it as "fair game" to book patients over it. We went ahead and made a an internal override change in with Holly so she always respects the blocks Nimblr configuration no matter if those blocks appointments have the preference “allow overlapping” enabledchecked in DC. Holly is a slave to the [EHR]'s configuration, so this is overriding her normal rule of not overlapping. We went ahead and made a an internal override change in Holly so she always respects the blocks no matter if those blocks have the preference “allow overlapping” enabled, so this won't happen again from here on out.
