Many people get overlapped appointments due to their preferences (or their EHR preferences). After changing their preferences, we let them know where the problem was.

We reviewed your case and found that the preference “allow overlapping” in your [EHR] block, was enabled. Holly is a slave to the [EHR]'s configuration, and so when she sees this checked, she sees it as "fair game" to book patients over it.

We went ahead and made an internal override change with Holly so she always respects the Nimblr configuration no matter if those appointments have the preference “allow overlapping” checked in DC.

We went ahead and made an internal override change in Holly so she always respects the blocks no matter if those blocks have the preference “allow overlapping” enabled, so this won't happen again from here on out.
