"Bumping" is the ability of Holly to reschedule a patient whose appointment was canceled by the office or doctor. So, when your office needs to cancel appointments ("bump" patients), Holly can A) notify them immediately and B) offer to reschedule them via SMS. In order for Holly to send a bump message, the trigger in CareCloud is to CANCEL the appointment with the cancellation REASON being "Office Rescheduled".
