Fast explanation on how to make an appointment without Holly sending texts to it.

There are two ways for Holly to not send a text to any patients:

1) You can write the word “SKIP” on the comments field of the appointment. This needs to be added to each appointment 1 by 1 if you wish to SKIP (it doesn't apply to any other appts associated with that patient).
2) The patient themselves can Opt Out, all they have to do is reply STOP to Holly and they will never receive another text.

The easiest way to avoid Holly from sending texts it’s by just writing the word “SKIP” on the title of the appointment, this way Holly will know that she should not reach the patient.
