10 DLC Registry
As part of national regulations, all major nationwide cellular carriers have announced company registration requirements for 10 DLC (10 “Digit Long Code”) communication, which is the channel Holly uses to text your patients. It provides many benefits, including supporting higher messaging speeds, local area codes, and better response rates to ensure attendance.
Registering for this campaign will allow us to assign an exclusive number to your account with your local area code, delivering a better patient experience and engagement.

Reasons your registration may be rejected
After registering your campaign, the verification and approval process can take up to 10 business days.
These are the most common reasons why your registration may fail:
The EIN or Legal Company Name you entered on the form doesn't match. We recommend that you check your IRS EIN Letter to verify this information.
Your website doesn't have a privacy policy. Here is an example of what it should look like: https://www.nimblr.ai/privacy
