Icons Guide

As Holly works to confirm your appointments, she will add the status of the event with an icon (emoji) next to the appointment summary.

 Depending on your device, you’ll see these icons for each status: 

Status

What it means?

Windows

device

Apple

device

Android

device

Working

Holly is contacting the patient. 

You'll see this icon in accordance with the Confirmation Lead Time set in your Preferences.
I.e. if your Confirmation Lead Time is 24 hours, this icon will appear 24 hours before the appointment.

 

 

 

Confirmed 

The patient has confirmed his/her appointment.

 

 

Rescheduled

The patient rescheduled his/her appointment. We recommend reviewing the conversation transcript.

 

Cancelled

The patient won't attend the appointment and didn't want to reschedule. We recommend reviewing the conversation transcript to see the reason why.

New

Holly created a new appointment for a patient.

 

Warning   

There is a problem preventing Holly from doing her work. 

Didn't understand

Holly didn't understand the patient’s reply. You must review the conversation transcript.

Waiting

Holly is waiting for the patient to finish an open conversation before sending the reminder for another appointment. 

This icon will be common for pediatrician or dentist practices, where siblings appointments are confirmed using the same phone number of one of the parents. 

No-show

The appointment has been marked as a no-show.
