Here is quick recap on how Recare works:

– Whenever you send a Recare message, Holly delivers this message to our carrier. When this message is sent to the carrier, you will see a green checkmark that appears at the top right of your screen (this does not mean the message has been delivered to the person yet).
– Once you click on the history batch, you will see the current status of the text, and If it was successfully delivered to the patient. This status may change since our carrier takes up to 5 minutes to send some SMS.
– One hour after you send the Recare texts, Holly will look for all unsuccessful deliveries and she will make a phone call with the same message. This step is to ensure that the person gets the message. Holly follows this process no matter the account that you are using.
