How does autofill works?

Autofill is super easy to implement. Basically, it fills your schedule whenever there is a cancellation when another patient already booked days in advance (for example 2 weeks out).

Here are the preferences/info we need:

  • Slot Criteria: Keep Same Appointment Type: This will make Holly filter and keep the same appt when filling slots. For example, with this enabled if a new patient cancels, then Holly will ONLY book another new patient.

  • Cancellation Search Window: The time frame Holly will look for cancellations.

  • Search Window Minimum: The minimum time where Holly can look for patients to offer them an earlier slot.

  • Search Window Maximum: The maximum time where Holly can look for patients to offer them an earlier slot
