How to make Holly stop texting patients

Thanks for your email.
There are two ways for Holly to not send a text to any patients:
You can write the word “SKIP” on the comments field of the appointment. This needs to be added to each appointment 1 by 1 if you wish to SKIP (it doesn't apply to any other appts associated with that patient).
The patient themselves can Opt Out, all they have to do is reply STOP to Holly and they will never receive another text.
