SLA Configuration (Days off)

Whenever there’s a Holiday or days off it’s necessary to stop the SLA time, this way it won’t run in those days, and only run on working days and hours.
1. Jira → Configuration → Projects
2. Select the project, click on the 3 dots and click on Settings.
3. Click on SLA
4. Click on the calendar button
5. Click on the 3 dots and edit.
All the dates you add as a vacation day or time off will be shown below, you can decide whether is a 1-time event or 1 time a year.
As you may see I configured almost all of them, some will need modification given that some holidays are not in the same every year, i.e Benito Juarez.
