Support Dashboard

 

How to update the support dashboard?

The dashboard is automatically updated everyday from 5 to 6 PM (MX time). But if necessary to update with the current list throughout the day.

  1. Open de the

support dashboard file 

  1. On the top menu bar, click on extensions -> Jira for cloud sheets -> Open



  1. Click Get issues from Jira

  2. Click on Refresh issues 



  1. Filter all columns and extend columns of month and year.

  2. Done, filter as desired :)  (You can filter by assignee, status, month, year, etc)
