Customer Satisfaction

READ REVIEWS

Jira → Configuration → Projects

  1. Select the project, click on the 3 dots and click on Settings.

2. Go to Customer Satisfaction

3. Turn ON Customer satisfaction

4. Click on view satisfaction report, you can filter it by week or month.

TURN ON/OFF REVIEWS

At the moment reviews are currently off given that no one finishes their tickets on time, but if you need to turn them on (cause you did finish on time), follow the next steps.


  1. Jira → Configuration → Projects

2. Select the project, click on the 3 dots and click on Settings.

3. Go to Customer Satisfaction

4. Turn ON Customer satisfaction

5. Go to notifications

6. Turn on notification for WHen request is done When it’s turned on, Jira will ask for their satisfaction review.


NOTE: IF the satisfaction with the ticket is 5 stars, they will ask them to leave a review in capterra.
