  1. Open Jira.

  2. Click on the top menu in dashboards.

  3. Click on Support Metrics


You’ll find metrics like:

- All the tickets with their labels.

  • How many tickets each person has handled.

  • Tickets per region

  • etc

    This dashboard updates itself every 15 minutes.
